INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Register as an individual customer to enjoy our fresh bakery products with home delivery.
All users register using their mobile number.
Step 1: Enter Registration Details
Enter the following details:
- • First Name*
- • Last Name*
- • Mobile Number*
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 2: OTP Verification
- • The system will validate the entered mobile number
- • Check whether the mobile number is already registered
- ◦ A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile number
- ◦ An OTP popup will appear
- ◦ Enter 4-digit OTP
- ◦ Resend OTP (enabled after 30 seconds)
❌ Invalid OTP
If the OTP is incorrect: "Invalid OTP"
✅ Valid OTP
If the OTP is correct: "OTP Verified"
Step 3: Create Login Credentials
After successful OTP verification, enter:
- • Email ID (Optional)
- • Password* (5–8 characters)
- • Confirm Password* (5–8 characters)
👉 The Continue button will appear only when both passwords match.
Click Continue.
Step 4: Address Details
Enter the following:
- • Address
- • Shipping Address
Click Continue Registration.
Registration Status
❌ If Mobile Number Already Exists
Individual Registration Failed
Phone number already registered.
✅ If Registration Is Successful
Individual Registration Successful! Please login.
You will be redirected to the Login Page.
GATED COMMUNITY REGISTRATION
For gated communities, apartments, or societies ordering together.
Enjoy special delivery options and group benefits!
Step 1: Select Your Community
Choose your apartment/society from the list or enter a unique community code provided by your admin.
- • Search for your community name
- • Or enter the community code
Step 2: Enter Member Details
Fill in your personal details:
- • First Name*
- • Last Name*
- • Mobile Number*
- • Flat/Unit Number*
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 3: OTP Verification
- ◦ A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile number
- ◦ Enter 4-digit OTP
- ◦ Resend OTP (enabled after 30 seconds)
❌ Invalid OTP
If incorrect: "Invalid OTP"
✅ Valid OTP
If correct: "OTP Verified"
Step 4: Create Login Credentials
After successful OTP verification, enter:
- • Email ID (Optional)
- • Password* (5–8 characters)
- • Confirm Password* (5–8 characters)
👉 The Continue button will appear only when both passwords match.
Click Continue.
Step 5: Address Details
Enter the following:
- • Address
- • Shipping Address (auto-filled from community if available)
Click Continue Registration.
Registration Status

Community Registration Failed
Phone number already registered.
✅ If Registration Is Successful
Community Registration Successful! Please login.
You will be redirected to the Login Page.
B2B REGISTRATION
For businesses, restaurants, cafes, and bulk buyers.
Get access to wholesale pricing and special business benefits!
Step 1: Enter Basic Details
Fill in your business details:
- • Business Name*
- • GST Number
- • First Name*
- • Last Name*
- • Mobile Number*
- • Address*
- • City*
- • State*
- • Pincode*
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 2: OTP Confirmation
After clicking Continue, an alert will appear:
OTP sent to your mobile number: XXXXXXXXXX
- ◦ Enter 4-digit OTP
- ◦ Resend available after 30 seconds
❌ Invalid OTP
If incorrect: "Invalid OTP"
✅ OTP Verified
If correct: "OTP Verified"
Step 3: Create Account
After OTP verification, enter your login credentials:
- • Email ID (Optional)
- • Password* (5–8 characters)
- • Confirm Password* (5–8 characters)
👉 Passwords must match to proceed.
Click Complete Registration.

B2B registration failed: Phone number already registered

Forgot your password? No worries! Reset it easily using your registered mobile number.
Steps to Reset Password
- 1 Click "Forgot Password" on the Login Page
- 2 A popup will appear asking for your mobile number
- 3 Enter your registered mobile number
- 4 The system will send a 4-digit OTP to your mobile
❌ Incorrect OTP
The system will display: "Invalid OTP. Please try again."
✅ Correct OTP
The system will verify and display: "OTP Verified"
RESET PASSWORD
After OTP verification, create a new secure password for your account.
Create New Password
After OTP verification, a Reset Password popup will appear.
Enter the following:
- • New Password (5–8 characters)
- • Confirm Password
Click Reset Password button.
✅ Success Message
Password reset successful! Redirecting to login…
You will then be redirected to the Login Page.
